Mr. Pradeep Agrawal s/o Late Shri Murli Manohar Agrawal (Ex-Member of Parliament), aged - 53 years is a commerce graduate from Kanpur University (U.P.). He joined the family business in the year 1991 and started to take key decisions under the able guidance of his father, Mr M M Agrawal; gradually he has become the key person of the management and become the promoter of the group.

Mr. Vishal Agrawal, son of Mr. Pradeep Agrawal, was born in Delhi in 1993. He completed his primary and secondary education at Modern School in Delhi and pursued higher studies at the University of Surrey in London. He joined the family business in 2017, and since then, the business has grown significantly while also diversifying into new opportunities under the guidance of his father, Mr. Pradeep Agrawal.
