Mr. Pradeep Agrawal

Mr. Pradeep Agrawal s/o Late Shri Murli Manohar Agrawal (Ex-Member of Parliament), aged – 53 years is a commerce graduate from Kanpur University (U.P.). He joined the family business in the year 1991 and started to take key decisions under the able guidance of his father, Mr. M M Agrawal. Over time, he has become a key figure in the management and has taken on the role of the group’s promoter.
He is the promoter and main stakeholder of Superior Group of Industries (hereinafter referred to as “SGI”) and has been leading the company since 1991. He has a talent for identifying and selecting business opportunities with significant growth potential.
He has consistently invested in businesses with strong brand value, high potential, enduring demand, and continuous growth. Under his leadership, we have earned the title of Franchisee Bottler for the world’s leading beverage brand, The Coca-Cola Company, Atlanta.
He efficiently manages a distillery unit and four Coca-Cola plants, overseeing manufacturing, marketing, sales, and distribution in central India. Under his leadership, Coca-Cola India has honored us with numerous awards, including Bottler of the Year, Gold Plate Contest Winner, and the Manufacturing Excellence Award, for achieving significant growth and maintaining the highest manufacturing standards in the country.
He received the most prestigious “CII National Award -2015” for M/s Udaipur Beverages Ltd under the category “Excellence in Manufacturing Food Business – Small & Medium, Sector- Beverages” from the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India.
Further, Udaipur Beverages Limited also holds a national record for fastest setting up of Greenfield Coca-Cola project within 117 days in Jabalpur, M.P. and is accredited in the Limca Book of Records.

Mr. Pradeep Agrawal has been the driving force behind the success of Superior Group of
Industries (SGI) and is still on the path of continuing expansion and diversification. Under
his leadership, SGI achieved gross total turnover of over INR 23,170 Million (USD 275.83 Million) for the financial year ended 31.3.2023 and INR 22,820 Million (USD 271.66 Million) in the preceding year.

Mr. Vishal Agrawal

Mr. Vishal Agrawal, son of Mr. Pradeep Agrawal, was born in Delhi in 1993. He completed his primary and secondary education at Modern School in Delhi and pursued higher studies at the University of Surrey in London. He joined the family business in 2017, and since then, the business has grown significantly while also diversifying into new opportunities under the guidance of his father, Mr. Pradeep Agrawal.
Under his supervision, the non-alcoholic beverage segment of the company has grown rapidly, achieving a milestone revenue of INR 7,000 million and 19 million cases of sales in 2022-23, compared to INR 2,500 million and 8 million cases in 2017-18.
With his continuous efforts, the group now reaches out to more than 174,000 retail outlets and over 480 distributors directly.
Under the guidance of Mr. Vishal Agrawal, the company has focused on enhancing capacity to meet the growing demand in Central India. As a result, the following production lines have been added to our existing facilities:

In 2023, he established a new logistics company, M/s Superior Transport India Services Pvt. Ltd., with the aim of providing logistics support to existing facilities and ensuring smooth transport operations. The company started with 30 new commercial vehicles, enhancing the group’s logistical capabilities. This strategic move has allowed the group to streamline its supply chain and improve efficiency. As a result, the group now boasts a fleet of 90 commercial carriers, significantly contributing to the business. This expansion not only supports the company’s current operations but also positions it well for future growth and increased market demand.
He is a strong advocate for modern technology and led the implementation of ERP Microsoft D 365 for the group during 2019-20. This system has become a crucial management tool, maintaining relevant data across various areas such as production, quality, logistics, sales, finance, and accounts through the ERP department. The integration of this system has significantly streamlined operations and paved the way for quicker decision-making processes within the organisation.
Under his supervision and through his continuous efforts, the company was awarded the title of ‘Fastest Growing Bottlers in H2 2023’ by Coca-Cola India.
