Remembering Prof. M. M. Agrawal Ji on His Birth Anniversary

On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Prof. M. M. Agrawal Ji, we at Superior Group of Industries remember and honour the life and legacy of a man who dedicated himself fully to the service of society, education, and the nation.
Prof. M. M. Agrawal Ji served as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha and was known for his exceptional contributions across many fields. He was an economist, journalist, author, industrialist, and educationist. Along with these roles, he was also a patriot and a devoted social worker who always worked for the welfare of the people.
He spent his life working for the upliftment of the weaker sections of society and believed in dignity and equal opportunities for all. His principles were based on unity, integrity, and communal harmony. He believed that development was only meaningful when it included every section of society.
Born in Chandausi, District Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on April 21, 1934, Prof. Agrawal Ji completed his M.A. and M.Com from DAV College, Kanpur, and later earned his Law degree from Kanpur University. Early in his career, he took an active role in education and became the President and General Secretary of the DAV Higher Education Institute, Kanpur, under which around 24 colleges and schools were operating.
His dedication to education did not stop there. He was instrumental in the setting up of hundreds of middle and higher secondary schools, bringing education closer to rural and underprivileged communities. He firmly believed that education was the strongest foundation for any society.
Alongside his contributions to the field of education, he also worked constantly for social change. His efforts in social welfare, public service, and nation-building will always be remembered. His values continue to guide those who follow his path.
