NDPL is a Franchisee Bottler of The Coca-Cola Company
NDPL was started in the year 1993. This is a greenfield plant for manufacturing Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) & Packaged Drinking Water (PDW) in Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) and is authorised for manufacturing, packaging & distribution of all the Coca-Cola brands in Chhattisgarh and supplying to other franchisee bottlers in the country.
It has received various awards and accolades from Coca-Cola India since then and has always been a standout performer for The Coca-Cola Company in India.
It has an installed capacity of
- 766 BPM CSD PET Line (ASSP)
- 500 BPM PET CSD Line
- 80 BPM water Line
- 500 bpm CSD line

The company provides direct employment to around 700 employees during the peak season and approximately 600 employees during the remaining part of the year. NDPL has a strong distribution network comprising over 240 distributors and over 75,000 retailers across its territories, making it a strategically important franchise for The Coca-Cola Company.
Net turnover of the company has increased from INR 2,052.7 Million in FY2021-22 to INR 2,737 Million (USD 32.58 Mn) in FY2022-23. Capacity utilization has increased from 37% to 50% during the year.
Further NDPL has installed 766BPM ASSP CSD line of KHS, Germany worth total Project Cost of INR 1,900 Million (USD 22.62 Mn approx.).
