UBL was set up in 2004 in Richhai Industrial Area of Jabalpur – Madhya Pradesh. This is a Green Field project completed in a record time of 117 days & accredited in Limca Book of Records for

“Fastest setting up of a green field plant”.

UBL has installed a 400 BPM Maaza Hotfill line from Krones AG, Germany with the project cost of INR 900 Million (USD 10.72 Mn) in February, 2023.

The facility is spread over 14 acres (i.e. 56656 sqr meter approx) of land and has an installed capacity of

UBL had gross revenue of INR 1,408.6 Million (Audited) in FY 2021-2022 & INR 1,750 Million (USD 20.83 Mn) in FY 2022-2023.

UBL is authorised for manufacturing, packaging & distribution of all the Coca-Cola brands in the Mahakaushal & Bundelkhand region of Madhya Pradesh and supply to other franchisee bottlers in the country.

The company is providing direct employment to around 450 employees during peak season and an additional around 350 employees during remaining part of the year. UBL has strong distribution network comprising over 150 distributors and over 40,000 retailers across its territories.

The company has won several prestigious awards from the Government of Madhya Pradesh and Coca-Cola Company. This includes Environmental Award from Government of Madhya Pradesh and Manufacturing Excellence Award, Fastest Growing Unit Award, etc. from Coca-Cola.
